IFConnect partners are experienced executives with diverse backgrounds. Jeff Roy and Sanjath Sulkunte co-founded Implementation Factory, Inc. in 2001 and rolled all consulting operations into IFConnect. In addition to IFConnect, Implementation Factory, Inc. owns outright or is an equity investor in a number of other ventures, including: a solution provider servicing the consulting market; a provider of online collaboration software for the lending community; and a manufacturer of specialty outdoor products.

JEFF ROY - CEO
Jeff has extensive leadership experience in a variety of disciplines including global business operations, reengineering and project management. Jeff is responsible for all adminstrative functions for IFConnect and leads the consulting operations. Prior to co-founding IFConnect, Jeff served in a variety of executive level positions for Thomson Financial.

SANJATH SULKUNTE - PRESIDENT
Sanjath is a proven technologist and has a well established track record as an innovator. Sanjath is responsible for all offshore operations for IFConnect as well as project oversight for all engineering initiatives. Prior to co-founding IFConnect, Sanjath led a number of technology initiaves for Thomson Financial.

PERRY LEARDI – SALES DIRECTOR
Perry is responsible for all business development functions at IFConnect. Perry works closely with IFConnect clients to ensure that the right solution is designed to resolve their most pressing business challenge. Perry’s years of experience serving customers were developed working with firms such as Municipal Market Advisors and iMoneyNet (an Informa plc company).
